Not gonna lie my thigh muscles are kinda sore from my last workout with my personal trainer!! ?
Anyway I’ve learnt my lesson and gulping down some #glutamine by @1stphorm this time before my I hit the gym. It really does make a huge difference!! Sometimes I forget because I’m in such a rush, and then I get reminded the next day when I’m sore ? #iam1stphorm
