Little Pre Turkey Day Lunché with the WCC/JJFU Crew today. I’m so thankful to have these guys in my life. I know I’m the Jefé but I try very hard to not be a “boss”. I just lead by example(hard work)It’s impossible for me to not be friends and have genuine love for these guys. I’ve seen it all having my own business for 25 years. Ups, Downs, Highs, and Low Lows. I feel the best way to get the most out of them it’s to not only teach skills, but teach the person. Help them blossom into the craftsman they were born to be. All those core values about work ethic I used to preach on Monster Garage. These guys totally get it. When somebody on the crew is a loafer or taking advantage of things. These Mofos will Call your ass out quick! They will also band together as a team and support somebody on the crew that is down and needs the boost. We are lucky to be able to work on so much cool stuff. Lucky to be able to do what we love every day in Texas. #jessejames
