Voici un portrait très détaillé des trois enfants ainés de Charles Ier d'Angleterre et d’un de ses chiens, peint par Antoon Van Dyck. Il s’agit d’une copie réduite du grand tableau de 1635 qui se trouve à Windsor Castle en Angleterre. Antoon Van Dyck fut nommé principal portraitiste de la cour du roi Charles Ier en 1632 et parmi ses autres œuvres au Louvre, vous pouvez également admirer son célèbre ‘Portrait du roi à la chasse’ au 2e étage d’aile Richelieu. -

It is a reduced copy of the bigger masterpiece painted in 1635 which is at Windsor Castle in England.
