Legendary photograher Diane Arbus is said to have changed the way we think about meaning in photos.
she took a real surreal approach with her subjects and directed them to reveal them selves. she had a sincere attitude and conction with her subjects.
she belived in dialogue with social and spiritual soul rather than superficial beauty. Arbus's photos are like a mirror and to a person with bad taste viewing.
one of her photographs it pierces and puzzles the viewer.

I thought that it is wrapped in many fantasies in ordinary life.

写真においてその意味を変革したといわれる伝説の写真家ダイアンアーバス。
アウトサイダーな人々を実にシュールリアリスティックに撮り、被写体に対する全てを暴くような演出と真っ直ぐな気持ち、繋がり。表面的な美しさよりも社会性や精神的な魂との対話。アーバスの写真は鏡のように悪趣味な眼差しで見る者に対しそのまま突き返し困惑させる。
「現実的なものこそ幻想なのです。非常に現実的だからこそ、幻想的なのです」
日常こそが多くの幻想に包まれているのかもしれない。
