I love this quote because it resonates with me... Sometimes I feel like I’m working so hard to be in the moment, that I’m simply not in the moment?! Does that make any sense? The goal is of course, a happy life! Isn’t that what we all want? But we can’t forget to actually enjoy the moments. To be generous with ourselves and allow the moment to just be.
