The Fall fairy✨ came by and delivered these amazing treats from @lemaraisbakery ??? and I had to recreate the bountiful of yummies into a "whimsical" stop motion video.? Every year Le Marais creates a special menu fitting for the season. Thank you so much for sending me samplings of what to look for this November. .

This year the Fall 2017 selections includes: Farmers Market Pumpkin Tartlet- house made pumpkin puréed topped with rosemary pepitas crumble & mascarpone chantilly. Poached Pear & Spiced Franggipane Tartlet- topped with powdered sugar & edible flower garnish. Rye Spiced Ganache Tartlet-made with rye sable base, spiced 70% ganache and a maple 35% cremeux, raw sugar crumble and gold pearls. Carrot Entrement - features layers of cinnamon cream cheese icing, walnut ganache, and house made spiced carrot jam. Their seasonal cookies are pumpkin coconut cookie with cocoa nibs and the maple pecan cookie. All so yum!! ?
