REVERSE LUNGE WITH FLOOR SLIDER.
The reason were using a floor slider is because it allows us to use the back leg as a guide as we load the front leg.
•Try and keep the chest high and the back leg as straight as possible for as long as possible..
•As you step back load the front leg like you would a single leg squat.
•Make sure to go all the way down, and all the way back to a starting position (hips totally extended).
•Floor sliders at Walmart or Home Depot.
