It all started when I found myself panting after an hour yoga lesson. I had been practicing for years and yet much of the practice was inaccessible to me without stamina and endurance to go beyond my usual threshold. As soon as I started HIIT, I broke through that plateau. My heart grew strong and I found the exercises build muscle mass that has helped me unlock the stronger yoga poses.
