This offseason I am putting the pedal to the medal and incorporating many different tactics. What you see here is a favorite, and if haven’t tried it I would highly recommend it as its a great source of lean protein, packed with B-vitamins, iron, phosphorus, zinc, and selenium. Not to mention a great source of creatine. Pre and post workout are perfect time to load up on quality nutrients. You need a solid protein and carb source after your workout to stop protein break down, restore glycogen, and start building muscle.  Ensuring the right macros after your workout will help muscles recover and fire properly each time and every hit the gym.
