#FBF to when the TheDinnerParty by Judy Chicago first opened @ブルックリン美術館 on Oct 18, 1980. In 2002, the iconic work was reexhibited when it joined our collection, then went on permanent view in 2006 at the founding of our Elizabeth A. Sackler Center of Feminist Art. During this time over 1.5 million visitors have taken a feminist art pilgrimage to see it. Opening Oct 20, visitors will now be able to discover the Roots of The Dinner Party: History in the Making, 37 years after its Brooklyn debut.
