I never lose. I either win I or learn from the experience. Looking back on this year I have done a whole lot of learning. I learned what I was capable of as far as pushing my physique further then ever before. I also learned how conditioned I can be on stage and it was quite mind blowing. Lastly I learned that I need to put on more mass/thickness for next years olympia if I plan on being more competitive. This photo was taken by @simsolutions just hours before prejudging. With all that being said... just two more days of vacation left then I am back in the gym and you can bet your ass I am hitting the floor at full speed!
