Great side dish for your meals!

INGREDIENTS:
? 1 1/2 lb- Rainbow carrots, peeled and tops trimmed to 1 inch
? 2 - shallot / thin slice
? 6 - cloves garlic / minced
? 1 tablespoons- #Flavorgod Garlic Herb Salt Seasoning
? 2 tablespoons- (1/2 stick) unsalted butter
? 2 tablespoons- chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley or thyme (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

➡️preheat oven to 425 degrees

In a pot melt the butter.

➡️Arrange the carrots, shallots on a baking pan.

➡️Sprinkle #flavorgod Garlic Herb Salt over carrots and drizzle melted butter making sure the carrots are coated evenly
-
bake in oven for about 20-30 minutes or until tender.

➡️Transfer the carrots to a warmed serving bowl, sprinkle with the parsley and or thyme.
