The World at Night photography
After a rainy day, the overcast sky opened up briefly for a great show, right on time during the autumn equinox. Aurora was rather faint and colorless to the eyes but magnificent to the camera with a rainbow of colors. It was dim enough to reveal the Milky Way band next to it in a 20sec exposure. I'm in Vik in southern tip of Iceland now, expecting extreme weather and stormy wind today! A few more nights left of my around Iceland photo workshop.
