ロサンゼルスカウンティ美術館のインスタグラム(lacma) - 9月21日 05時29分

This is my last post, today I end my residency on LACMAs instagram. I was having a hard time finding the right post to end this residency, then I thought why not go full circle and end a similar way I began the residency. It is also a reminder to never forget where I came from. The streets were the first to teach me about the power of art (for example, these murals) and I will always honor that. Here's a video I took last night of the Estrada Courts housing projects and their beautiful empowering murals in Boyle Heights. It was somewhat spontaneous like most of the times I go for drives and enjoy the city. This time it was with my sister. We ended our night at Elysian park overlooking at the beautiful city of Los Angeles. Thank you to everyone who has supported and followed my posts here on @ロサンゼルスカウンティ美術館.
