Chloe’s Story > Chloe is our Technical Manager and has worked at Lavenham for 4 ½ years.
Chloe has worked in the textile and fashion industry for 18 years, she started out studying a BA Hons Clothing Design and Technology at the Manchester Met, after graduating went on to work for two global sportswear brands.
Chloe manages our in-house design team working closely with our Pattern Cutter and Product Developer.
As a Technical Manager Chloe’s main responsibilities include; sourcing and testing fabrics, evaluating new and current styles, reviewing sizing and fitting and making sure when a new style hits our production line it runs through as smoothly as possible.
Here at Lavenham when we rework a current or new style a pre-production sample is made, Chloe will oversee every step of this process, ensuring the garment is crafted in the most productive way and of course to Lavenham’s high standards.
Chloe’s precision for detail and ability to solve problems play a key role in our manufacturing process ✂️
