Nicky’s Story > Nicky is our Managing Director and has worked for Lavenham for 21 years.
Nicky has been a keen horse enthusiast from a young age having had a Saturday job at her local riding school from 13 years old and owning her own horse, Rocky, from 15. Nicky was first introduced to the brand while using Lavenham rugs at a livery yard, she was instantly impressed by the fit, durability and quality so when the opportunity arose to take over the reins at Lavenham, she jumped at the chance.
Nicky manages all aspects of the business, overseeing all operations involved in the process from design to production through to sales, customer service and accounts.
Nicky is quick thinking and is excellent at problem solving. Organisation and communication are vital to the role.
Nicky’s favourite Lavenham is her Mickfield waistcoat and she is seldom seen without it ✂️ .
