Hello there... Don't tell anyone but i'm currently naked hehe!? #WindyBalls
(We had a purrfect night of sleep and cuddle and no bloody incident, yay!!!
The bandage is still on and Homer is quite already back to his old self except more cuddly which is totally fine to me hehe! Him and Nug have also played together and sniffed each others butt and and Homer made me put some socks to attack my foot and that's the best sign that he is ok and destressed!?
After asking for a second opinion, reading your advices and a lot of thinking, i will not consider the amputation option for now (even if it's not the entire tail but just 2/3cm) and let him more time to heal... We'll see next week how it goes so fingers crossed for a good recovery with no more incident!?
Also, just to be precise: Homer is not eating/attacking his tail for no apparent reason. He hurt it somehow and while trying to clean it he made it worse. The other times, the wound was too fresh, he hurt it on something, it reopened, started bleeding again so he tried to clean it again but made it worse again and so on.? I guess it's a normal reaction for a cat to lick a bloody wound to clean it, except here it doesn't help on the thin, hairless skin of his tail! So no neurological problem nor behaviorist needed here ?

Alors... On a passé une nuit parfaite de sommeil et de calinou et pas d'incident sanglant, youpi!!!
Le bandage est toujours en place et Homer est déjà presque de nouveau lui même, sauf plus câlin ce qui me convient parfaitement! Lui et Nug ont également joué ensemble et reniflé leurs derrières l'un l'autre et Homer m'a fait mettre des chaussettes pour attaquer mon pied et ça c'est le meilleur signe qu'il est bien!
Après avoir demandé une deuxième opinion, en lisant vos conseils et beaucoup de réflexion...
