INGREDIENTS
▪ 1 Fortissio Lungo Grand Cru
▪ 2 scoops coconut & chocolate ice cream
▪ 20 ml coconut syrup
▪ 100 ml milk
MATERIALS
▪ 1 Aeroccino
▪ 1 shaker
PREPARATION
Place two scoops of Mövenpick coconut & chocolate ice cream in a shaker, add the Fortissio Lungo Grand Cru, shake, then pour into the glass. Add the milk and syrup to the Aeroccino and switch on. Use a spoon to collect the froth and place it gently on the coffee mixture. Serve with a straw.
