I witnessed this peaceful surrender and arrest recently. These 6 college kids were soon after released and found to be filming with toy guns in a parking garage. But because no one had been informed those who saw were scared and called 911. We live in a world where guns too often lead to destruction. I want to commend everyone from the LAPD officers to the boys here who were all peaceful and cooperative. It was surreal to watch and I'm glad everyone is safe.
