"The gooseneck on the kettle also has a fantastic cut at the spout so the water flows in a nice easy straight line, which again makes it easy to pour slow and steady. The handle fits the hand perfectly, whether you hold it in the traditional way or an orthodox way. Another excellent feature is that you can open the lid with just one hand, making the work flow a bit smoother. It also keeps the heat stable, so I don’t have to worry about the water temperature falling when I want to do more than one brew at a time.
