The #Butler program was introduced in 2008 by #JeanTouitou and is now available in #Australia
Once #APC jeans have been worn-out, they can be brought back to the A.P.C. Albert Coates Lane store, in Melbourne or the A.P.C. Surry Hills store, in Sydney, where they will be exchanged for a new pair at half price.
The used jeans are then marked with their former owner’s initials, washed, mended if needed, ironed inside out and then hit the store again to begin a second life as butler jeans.
They have gained a natural patina and have become unique, by nature.
Jeans that qualify for the butler program must be in raw indigo denim, very used, must not have been machine washed nor tumble dried.
