Recipe is super easy, please try!
Ingredients
1 egg
30g melted unsalted butter
40g coconut oil
90g rolled oats
60g soft brown sugar
130g cake flour
Melted chocolate for decoration
Steps
1. In a bowl, whisk egg. Add in oil and whisk.
2. Add in sugar and butter and continue to whisk.
3. Add in oats and flour in 2-3 parts and mix until it comes together.
4. Shape into desired teddy shapes. This portion makes about 7 large bears and 2 baby size bears.
5. Bake at 130C with fan on for 20mins and without fan for another 8mins. Bake the larger bears for additional 12mins.
6. Decorate with melted chocolate for the facial features and bow tie.
