Timing is everything! Being quick on the ball and fast to the pins is a must for the little guys in the middle.

Know what your strengths are as a middle and triple down on them. To be a good middle at the international level you gotta be able to do everything. For you younger guys grinding out there and believing that it's only a big man's ? get reps on the beach, be uncomfortable, learn how to pass, dig and set the 2nd ball until it becomes your strength and an asset to your team! Always touch the ball in different ways and never let your height limit your attitude and approach to the game. ??
