For this year’s LGBTQ Teen Night, our teens have been looking back at ancient Egyptian art, taking inspiration from our exhibition A Woman’s Afterlife: Gender Transformation in Ancient Egypt, and dreaming of their own futures, stories, identities, and expressions. This fun, conscious, and creative evening explores gender—in all it’s complexity, fluidity, and non-binary forms—through performances, activities, and even food inspired by ancient Egyptian art and contemporary LGBTQ+ experiences. Join us 5-7:30PM tonight for A Night Among the Gods and Tut out your past, present, and future and be treated as the royalty you are.
