Our biggest selling cocktail at @dantenewyorkcity is easily our #ClassicNegroni poured straight from the tap. Yes, you read that correctly. Our house recipe flies in the face of tradition and doesn’t follow the standard equal parts ratio that most people favor. We like a whisper more gin in ours because we feel it makes a more balanced drink and it’s not as sweet and cloying. There’s a reason why it’s the king of all aperitifs: simple, complex, delicious!
