I cooked Mac n Cheese after a long time, also this was my first time to cook with only vegetables for cheesy taste. Personally, I'd prefer it than "cheesy" products made with soy or nuts or something like that! I will arrange the recipe for lighter taste which most of Asian prefer.😋It was AMAZING anyway! So satisfying!!
#マカロニチーズ というアメリカでは定番人気メニュー。まぁチーズ味のマカロニパスタて感じ。ヴィーガンバージョンはよくあるのだけど今回野菜ベースで作って見たらあらま美味しいわ😍相変わらず濃ゆいけどベースが野菜だから重たくないの！もう少しアジア人が飽きない好みの味にできそう💓しかし美味しくてビックリした✨
