💛Vegan butter(i used puréed coconut)
💚Plant based Milk(i used soy)
💙Beet sugar
💜Baking powder
❤️Baking soda
💛Vanilla extract
💚salt
💙Apple sideder vinegar
【for cream】
💜Powdered sugar(i used beet sugar)
❤️Shortening(i used homemade vegan butter)
💛Plant based milk(i used soy)
💚Vanilla extract

Honestly, I baked such the style for the first time, but it was well done and super good!! I used Beet sugar for every sugar that is needed in the recipe, so its sweetness was gentle. That was so helpful to us who barely eat traditional American cupcakes cause it's too sweet to have all.☺

これがびっくりするほどうまく行った！グルテンフリーなんて家にあるもので適当にミックスしたもんでまさかこんなうまくいくとは。しかも砂糖は甜菜糖にしたおかげか(だから全体的に茶色いw)、毒毒しくなく、甘いけど身体に優しい感じがして笑最後まで食べれた☺
