Have you gotten on board with this smoothie bowl trend yet? Clearly, I have...because they're awesome! Not only do my kids love them (which is awesome in and of itself—ammiright mamas?!), but this is like a create-your-own-destiny type of smoothie. Blend it, pour it into a bowl, and top with whatever your heart desires!

Try this over the weekend (the red and blue are perfect for Memorial Day!), and tag a friend who'd also love this recipe!

RAINBOW LOVE SMOOTHIE BOWL | Serves 2

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups spinach
2 oranges peeled
1 cup strawberries*
1 cup blueberries*
1 large banana*
*Use at least one frozen fruit to chill down your smoothie bowl.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Blend the spinach and oranges until smooth.
2) Add the strawberries, blueberries, and banana and blend again.

TIP: Use freshly chopped strawberries, blueberries, and banana for a textured, colorful topping. You can also add chia seeds, hemp hearts, granola...anything!
