So it's been a busy few days and I've gone my longest without a run this month...2 days. I'm being kind to myself tho bc sometimes I can only do what I can do...so TODAY I did my 30+ min and I ran the longest distance I've run so far without a walk to ease it up...2 miles straight. It was def more of a challenge today bc of missing those days, but still IM PROUD OF MYSELF.
