Traveling across the north of Vietnam in a small motorcycle from west to east, I had the opportunity to visit a lot of small villages. The border with China was not clear and the mountains seemed to never end. My attention was drawn so strongly to the mothers working the land with their children on their backs, which was a great physical effort.
The mothers, the tireless workers on the terraces of Vietnam, are an example of strength and dignity for me.
Vietnam is one of the world's richest agricultural regions and the second-largest rice exporter worldwide and the world's seventh-largest consumer of the grain. Rice is the basis of their diet and it is considered a gift from God. Photo by @christian_foto / @prime_collective #mother #rice #vietnam
