I play a lot of bad people who do terrible things. In the context of this shoot for @composuremag, the violence is equal opportunity and done as a character. However, if there is one form where it truly bothers me, it is physical or sexual assault against women. In my opinion, there is nothing more disgusting, cowardly, and loathsome than laying your hands on a woman without their consent.

I very rarely get political, but congress is voting on revisions to the Affordable Care Act (#AHCA) that have special provisions discriminatory against families struggling with cancer, mental health and substance abuse, the elderly, but perhaps most egregiously, it considers sexual assault and domestic violence to be a "pre-existing condition". It's hard to think of something more backwards and victim blame-y than that.

So if there is any small way to counteract my mixed feelings about the image I have posted, it is to stress to people please #voteno on the #ACA repeal.
