Photo by @michaelclarkphoto // Fly fishing on the Owens river near Bishop, California in the eastern Sierras. The Sierras are gorgeous in the winter and seem to tower above the Owens River Gorge. While shooting rock climbing nearby I spied this lone fisherman casting towards the mountains and went over to ask if I could photograph him. I spent a half hour capturing images from a variety of angles and this was the favorite. A few weeks later I sent him prints of a few images to say thanks. #flyfishing #fishing #sierras #california #bishop #owensriver
