Every time I stretch I feel like I say "I should do this more often." It's tough sometimes to incorporate new habits but I find that in creating positive routines, it often just takes a couple consecutive weeks of effort and then you adjust. Stretching is an important element of training that I have a tendency to neglect and am trying to be more proactive about making time for it. @protecathletics @francoislebeau ?
