Knead until you get the texture of a modeling clay
Mold it and bake for 20 min.
Stuffed it with guacamole and its done ✔️???? •マッシュしたサツマイモ1cup くらい。
•大さじ2の米粉
•大さじ2オリーブオイル
•塩少し

全部粘土のテクスチャになるまでこねて、キッシュ用の型につめて20分やく、グワカモレとかを入れたら完成だよ。
グルテンフリー、乳製品も卵も使ってないしヘルシー
