"X Tape" demo in my story, and skin and hand care tips from myself and @claire.bukowski on the @skratchlabs blog (link in bio.) "X" taping helps support the finger when you're climbing. It should be snug but not so tight it makes your finger numb. When it's the proper tautness, I can't fully extend or fully bend my finger. ?
