Cracking the wine open early! ?
I have a glass of wine pretty much every night. While most fitness enthusiasts frown upon alcohol, it's actually become a trigger I use to let my body know it's time to stop eating and wind down. (Please note I said a glass and not the whole bottle...balance ??)
I migrate away from the kitchen after dinner, sit on my couch with my computer and Rambo ?, work and then read/research before bed. Some of you asked my views on intermittent fasting and I do believe it is highly beneficial and I do implement it into my daily routine. Having a trigger that tells me to stop eating is one of the ways I've programed myself so I actually practice intermittent fasting unconsciously. A glass of wine won't hinder your fitness journey but binging after deprivation will ?
