Anxiety. Something I used to suffer from and although I do my best to keep a positive mind set at all times, I would be lying if I told you that negative thoughts and doubt don't ever cross my mind. Recognizing the feeling is step 1. Sit with the feeling, embrace it, BREATHE. Gain perspective and change lifestyle habits. Realize that your worries are in your head. The way you choose to see things is everything and irrational thoughts are usually just that...irrational. There's a difference between worrying and problem solving. Don't let the worry become a distraction but rather work towards looking for the solution and then take action on it. How many times do little light bulbs go off where you say you're going to do something and then simply don't? That's why what you do right NOW is so important. Use action to fuel your motivation, alleviate your anxiety and reel life back in! Change your daily life so you can contribute to less worry. Release endorphins, get your blood flowing and oxygen pumping! Pills aren't the answer. NATURALLY clear your head of thoughts and allow your brain to relax ??
