Photograph by George Steinmetz @geosteinmetz Taking aerial photos in China has become a lot easier with drones, but this one was taken after a running take-off with my motorized paraglider. That was the only way to get high enough for a view of the terraced fields at the base of 5600m Yulong Xue Shan (Jade Dragon Snow Mountain) in China’s Yunnan province.
