A #TEAM that works out together....well...you get it. Today is the kick off for our Season 2 Prep for #SIX #SixOnHistory These next few months follow our workouts. They will gradually get harder! Our goal? Getting in the best shape of our lives! Stepping up our Mind, Body & Spirit!
Today's kickoff was:
-Warmup / ABS
Stations: 1 min each with 1 min rest/set up 3xs each. -SQUATS -ROWER
-BENCH
-PULL-UPS -TRX (Alternating Rows) *Each upping our weight the next time around.*
Then for the FINALE 3xs each full out with only 45sec-1min rest in between. -DUMBBELL SQUAT & CLEANS -SPRINTS 50meters W/ 15 PUSH-UPS
