1. Mobility Warm-up. Focusing on hip flexors.
2. Strength Training (Deadlifts) 3 x warm up sets (5 reps) 3 x working sets (75-85% of max - 5 reps) 3 x 10 (50% of max) with 40 mountain climbers with each set
4. 4 x 12 ISO Grip Pulldowns. (1 sec pause on contractions)
5. Tri-set ... 3 handle positions. 8 reps each. (Video). 4 sets. Slight pause on contraction.
6. Assault Bike - 100 calories in 5 mins or less. Absolute Hell. For me at least. (Picture of the aftermath)
7. Roll and stretch.
