Chef Nobuyuki Tanaka walk us through the different layers he created for the soup and let us taste each soup after added specific ingredients. Each time I tried, I keep on thinking "this is so good, how much better can it be?" Apparently after adding some restraining ingredients, he is able to create additional complexity without straying from the true taste.
