My wife and I are here with @theirc revisiting Kara Tepe which had dirt roads and flimsy tents in November 2015. Over a year later, it's equipped with clean family units for over 800 refugees mostly from Syria, Afghanistan and Iraq. A comfortable environment that's still not home.
