It's Opilio (snow) crab season in the Bering Sea and I'm currently aboard the 133 ft. f/v Arctic Lady documenting a two week grind in one of the worlds most dangerous commercial fisheries. This is a very calm day of fishing this time of year but it won't last long:) Pictured here the crew waits for a pot being hauled via the power block from 55-70 fathoms deep. ---------------------------
