#WomenCrushScience, we also recognize that women are still underrepresented in STEM—making up less than a quarter of the technical sector—even though research shows that a smaller gender gap leads to better #innovation and stronger economic performance. We're pledging to #BalanceTheEquation by announcing our goal of 20,000 women in technical roles by 2020 and obtaining 50:50 gender representation in our entry-level technical leadership programs. #diversitymatters #diversityintech
