Being a foodie doesn't mean you have to be a glutton. Balance, you must. How you asked? Eat when you're really hungry (not when you're bored :p) and stop when you're full (not when you're satisfied). Oh and reduce snacking or replace with healthier option, like this smoothie bowl. It helps a lot for me.
