You also have to eat the puntarelle salad with anchovy dressing, the fried sage with honey vinegar, the gnocchi alla Romana with brown butter, the white beans, artichoke and treviso, and the chocolate cake with pistachio and honeycomb. I am very, very full! But ready to go back for more
