How is everyone feeling today? We’re a few weeks into my 6-week workout program, and I wanted to check in on everyone and find out how you’re doing. I remember how intimidating working out was when I first started. I felt like everyone was so much more fit than me, and just knew what they were doing, and I was over here like how do I squat? It’s scary in the beginning, but soon you realize how strong and capable you are. We’re just about at the halfway point and I want to encourage everyone to keep trying and not to give up. It’s normal not to see results right away…it generally takes 6 to 8 weeks before you start seeing and feeling a noticeable difference. Stay focused, keep on track and you’ll be feeling and looking your best in no time. My Fitfam is doing a great job in helping us all stay motivated to complete the 6-week challenge.
