Enjoying the famous beef tartare and some anchovies from Lolin @manfredscph. On the bottom is a dollop of egg cream made with a blend of lightly poached eggs, olive oil, and lemon juice. The beef tartare is organic and freshly ground, finished with watercress and crumbled rye bread toast.
