Here's a quick example circuit? you can do at home. This is just like what we will all be doing together over the next 12 weeks starting Monday January 9th. #bbgcommunity ⏱Try this for 7 minutes, as many laps as possible; - Lay down push ups x 12 reps
- Split jumps x 20 reps - Jump squats x 12 each reps
- straight leg sit up and twist x 24 reps (12 each side)
- Reverse burpee x 12 reps - Burpees x 12 reps
Remember, if you need you can go on your knees for the push ups.
