For those who consider only the gender binary-exclusively male or female-know that there are citizens of the world who are not like you. Born female, Hunter knew he was more boy than girl by 5th grade. By 7th grade he told his friends, by 8th he told his parents. With their blessing and support he made a physical transition by having top surgery to remove his breasts. This photo was made only ten days after that surgery. Hunter proudly can zoom around the skateboard park shirtless just like his boy peers.
